May Update Video
Anybody else feel like this month flew by at the speed of light? So many fun things happened in the last 4 weeks! Check out some of them in our monthly update video.
Workbee: Help Us Prep for OUR new Playground Equipment
We have new playground equipment being installed this June! We need your help to remove the old structure and prepare the area for the new equipment.
If there is time and enough people we’ll also tackle the courtyard and other yardwork projects. Hope to see you there!
FIELD DAY!
We will have our Field day on Wednesday, June 7th. There will be tons of fun games and activities!
We will be ordering lunch from a sub sandwich place and we’ll need students to sign up for lunch ahead of time. An email will be sent out next Tuesday for you to sign up if you want your child to get lunch for that day. The cost will be $7.00 and it will be added to you monthly bill.
Help is needed to make this day possible so if you would like to get your volunteer hours in, click here to sign up!
LAST DAY OF SCHOOL- PLEASE READ
The last day of school will be on Thursday, June 8th and we will have early release (12:45pm & 1pm).
Also, there will be NO HOT LUNCH. Please make sure you pack a lunch from home.

TVA Bells Recital TONIGHT
Parents, family, and friends of TVA Bells students are invited to join us for our end of the year recital!
When: Thursday, May 25, 6:30-7:30pm
Where: Beaverton SDA Church Fellowship Hall
Light refreshments will be served following the program. We plan to record the performance and will make it available to parents.

In Case You Missed It: Summer Sports Camps with Mrs. Irvine
Mrs. Irvine is offering summer sports camps for students in grades 1-8! Grades 1-4 will do a general sports camp, and there are two camps offered for grades 3-8, one for basketball and one for volleyball. Sign up quickly, space is limited.

There will be NO SCHOOL tomorrow Friday, May 26th due to teachers’ professional development day and next Monday, May 29th in observance of Memorial day.

In Case You Missed IT: REPORTING ABSENCES
Please make sure to call the office or email to report any absences. If student will be absent for more than 2 days due to a vacation or any other circumstance, please make sure to fill out the Student Extended Absences form.
