Athletics Philosophy
But they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not grow faint.
Isaiah 40:31
Tualatin Valley Academy views athletics as being a very important component of your child's education for many reasons. Athletics offer students an opportunity to build new friendships with other Christian young adults and strengthen those already created. They give students the opportunity to learn how to deal with adversity in a controlled setting, and they provide students an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills. Athletics offer students the opportunity to work with others as a team to accomplish a common goal. They also give students an opportunity to participate in cardiovascular activities, which promote a healthy lifestyle.
Curriculum Offered
Physical Education (K-6)
