BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT NEXT WEEK
Our back to school night will be next week Wednesday, August 31 at 5pm. Dinner will be provided! More info to come early next week.
PAYMENT DROP BOX
We have created a new system for dropping off payments to the office (tuition, enrollment fees, sports fee, etc.) We have installed a drop box on the wall by the office door to make it easier for both parents and staff and to limit the traffic in the lobby. Please make sure your checks, cash, or money orders are labeled. For example, if writing a check for Jane Doe’s tuition, you would write in the memo line “Tuition for Jane Doe” If you are dropping off cash, please make sure it is in an envelope and labeled for what its for. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the office.
BACKGROUND CHECK
If you would like to volunteer at the school or if you are planning to attend field trips, you MUST complete the online background check. Please see today’s email for the background check instructions.
REPORTING ABSENCE & ILLNESS
Please remember to call or email the office if your child will be absent for the day. If no email or call is received, the absence will be marked unexcused. If your child will be absent for more than 2 days due to a family vacation or any other situation, please stop by the office to fill out the Student Arranged Absence form.

Because of the popularity of online shopping, last year we signed the school up for AmazonSmile.With this service, you can use your existing Amazon account to earn money for TVA. When you make eligible purchases, Amazon will donate 0.5% of your total purchase price to the school. This does not increase your purchase price at all. Although half a percent doesn’t sound like much, every little bit helps.

Dismissal - Gates will be open at 2:55pm. Please try to arrive around this time or later to avoid traffic build up. Even if the gates are open before this time, please avoid driving in as there might be children outside at that time.
